Educational Grants and Exhibit Opportunities
Istanbul is an old city, you can see the remains of many ancient civilizations and their culture in harmony with Turkish culture. The old versus the new, the traditional versus the modern, a city full of contrasts, colourful views and diverse ethnicity.

- Educational grant level will be listed, when the grant is received, in conference brochures, the conference website, placards at the conference, as well as the conference programme and abstract books
Separate Support of Optional Satellite Symposia
- In addition to the unrestricted educational grants to the conference, we offer the opportunity for sponsorship and exhibition
- Contributing sponsors are allowed choice of location of exhibit space (map to be provided) by size of sponsorship
- Exhibit space dimensions available from conference planner upon request
- Symposia are only available for Platinum, Gold, and Silver level sponsors
- Largest contributing sponsor will be allowed first choice of Satellite Symposia date/time
- The Advances Against Aspergillosis Scientific Committee must approve all content of the Satellite Symposia, including proposed speaker and topic, before speaker is invited
- Satellite symposia booked through Advances Against Aspergillosis conference planner
- All speakers for the Satellite Symposia must be registered for the conference, with sponsor paying for speaker registration, hotel accommodations, and travel
- Sponsors will pay for food for the Satellite Symposia
- All food for Satellite Symposia will be booked through the Advances Against Aspergillosis conference planner and ICEC
- CME will be required. Sponsors can provide and pay for CME credit for the Symposia, though it may be possible to include the CME for the satellite under the umbrella of the whole conference CME
- Satellite Symposia are open to all registrants of the conference, but non-registered attendees can attend if sponsor desires. Sponsor may set a maximum attendance, if desired
- Advances Against Aspergillosis conference planner will provide our mailing list for separate Symposia advertising, if desired, for an administrative fee
- Symposia will be advertised in subsequent Advances Against Aspergillosis conference brochures, as well as on the conference website, but no additional specific advertising will be done by the conference planner
- The conference Scientific Committee will work with the sponsor in organizing the symposia
