What’s included in your registration fee?
Closing date for registration is Sunday 15th January 2012. After this date you will only be able to register on-site at the conference.
Written notification of cancellations must be sent by post, fax or email to the Conference Organiser. Cancellations will be accepted until 5 weeks prior to the meeting (Thursday 22nd December 2011) with a refund of your fee (less £35 for administrative costs).
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
